  • Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
  • Identifying target markets and prospective clients
  • Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client’s requirement and Acquisition.
  • Extracting Data and Data Mining of the prospects
  • Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify IT services (such as website, mobile apps, digital marketing solutions-SEO, SMO, PPC, etc) opportunities to fulfil.
  • Develop the foundation for new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts.
  • Provide customers with quotations.
  • Get involved in complete Sales/BD.
  • Involved in contract signing and client Relationship management and generate Leads/ Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients.
  • Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.
  • Communicating with clients for Pre & Post Sales
